Metalink Special Alloys Corp.

Conflict-Free Minerals Policy

Metalink complies with the Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, respects human rights, and prevents mineral procurement activities from fueling conflicts.

Conflict minerals refer to tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold (3TG), cobalt and mica from mines in conflict or high-risk areas, controlled by non-governmental military groups or illegal military factions.

Metalink requires our company and our suppliers to purchase materials only from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers, and requires all suppliers to purchase and use "conflict-free" minerals, and to obtain from the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process ( RMAP) List of Compliant Smelters and Refiners (RMI) (www.responsiblemineralsinitiative.org). All suppliers shall source minerals from smelters and refiners that have been verified by the RMAP audit program. Smelters and refiners that have not been audited by RMAP should be removed from the supply chain.
